If you’d like extra hold, after applying the gel you can give it a hard seal with a freeze spray - a favourite of ours is the Got2Be freeze spray.
One of the biggest concerns when people use gels is the product flaking, this can often come from the build up of lots of product in. We’ve designed our formulation so that only a small amount of product is needed for it to be effective in laying your edges. You can use water to reactivate or wipe away your gel the next day.
You can expect a little bit of sticky goodness. This is because we simply refuse to compromise between hold and moisture. Get you a gel that can do both.

We hated all the numbers and letters in the ‘curl type’ system. So we scrapped it.
Hair Type: Our intuitive texture guide is based on the words you already use today to describe your hair - kinky, coily, curly and stretched.
Level: Within each of these texture groups, we’ve defined a gradient from loose to tight. For example, Curly 1 = a loose curl texture, Curly 3 = a tight curl texture, Curly 2 = somewhere in between. You’ll see these textures as symbols across our website to help as a reference as you shop.
